Shortly after getting married, my husband and I met Tracy for the first time whilst looking to buy a house. As required by my husband’s job, we had to move closer to his office but we already had a house in Lee County so we put the house on the market with another agent who works with Tracy. While our current agent was out of town, Tracy was kind enough to show us a house that we wanted to see. We immediately hit it off with her and she continued to help us on our journey to find a new home.
Considering the bleak housing market, Tracy recommended that we place our old house up for lease. Shortly thereafter, we found someone to rent the house. Unfortunately, that put us in a bind; the lease agreement became effective in 30 days so that left us needing to find a new house, close, and move out. Thankfully, Tracy was kind enough again to show us houses on Labor Day, no questions asked. Being the great agent she is, she showed us 2 additional houses that we had not picked but she thought would be good for us. Of all the houses that we looked at, we fell in love with her first choice so we put an offer in on it the next day!
Tracy was our natural choice for an agent when we decided to put our old house back on the market. She is very knowledgeable about the market conditions and the best strategies to sell especially during these times of a horrid housing market. Tracy gave us several options and after calculating all of the numbers, she suggested what she thought would keep us from having to spend so much money and still try to make a small profit. We trust her so implicitly in her knowledge, skills, and integrity that we told her to do what she thinks is best and we know that she will always have our best interests in mind.
I recently had a co-worker who wanted to purchase her first home with her husband. I immediately asked if she had a real estate agent and quickly recommended Tracy. They contacted her and have been as pleased with her as we have been. They have an accepted offer on a house that they love and it is a house which Tracy had picked out, not one they originally wanted to see (the same way it happened with us)!
Tracy has made the process of buying and selling a house easier for us. She has never made us feel like just another business transaction and another dollar in the pocket. My husband and I are truly blessed and honored to not only call Tracy our agent, but also our friend.
